At the 17th annual Hot Rod Hobbies Shootout, HB HPI Racing Factory Team Driver Ty Tessmann scored another impressive win with his HB HPI Racing D413 4WD 1/10th Scale Competition Buggy against the fastest racers from across North America!
Not only did Ty grab the 4WD pole position ahead of multiple World Champion drivers, he won the first AND second of the Triple A-Mains, securing his overall victory, allowing him to watch the racing action of the 3rd A-Main from the comfort of the sidelines.
In the 2WD Buggy Class, Ty ran his HB HPI Racing Buggy prototype to TQ position for the first round of qualifying, which combined with his following qualifying results netted a second position start in the Triple A-Mains. With two 2nd place finishes and a win in the third A-Main, Ty wrapped up second place on the podium with his brand new HB HPI Racing machine!
