my name is Mike Smolinski; I live in Wayne, NJ. Here are a few pictures of my Savage SS 4.6 Big Block. This was the first truck I have built and probably won't be the last.

After I finished it I thought it needed a little bling, so I installed the following Hop-ups.

HPI: Reverse Module
Integy: Aluminum Bulkheads

Hardcore Racing: Upper/Lower aluminum arms

Golden Horizon: C-hubs, Knuckles, and Shock Towers.

Hot Bodies: Aluminum Performance Shocks

and last but not least, the Dodge Ram Body.

Soon to be adding the new 3 Speed Tranny & F/R Aluminum Skid Plates.
You guys did an awesome job with the Savage!! This truck looks, sounds, and runs great! There is nothing it can't do. HPI, keep up the great work.

Here is my first nitro I've built. I had 2 helpers. My 6 year-old son and my 10 year old son. The truck went together great we've just went through the engine break-in and it is about ready to go. We feel a little dirt on the wheels makes the truck look ready to rumble. Thanks HPI. for a break from the grind. It will not be our last. The is a HPI Savage SS 4.6 with a reverse kit. It has the kit's original body and decals. We used Pectra Daytona Yellow, Racing Red, and Outlaw Black.
